Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all subscription purchases made through the Case Closed Pro platform, operated by Case Closed Pro LLC (“Company,” “we,”
“us,” or “our”).

By subscribing to Case Closed Pro, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

Case Closed Pro offers a fourteen (14) day free trial for all new Subscribers, during which no payment is required and no obligation to continue exists.

2. Free Trial — No Charge, No Obligation

All new Subscribers are eligible for a fourteen (14) day free trial upon account creation.

  • No credit card charge occurs during the free trial period
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no cost
  • If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will
    automatically convert to a paid plan
  • Free trials are available to new Subscribers only and may not be combined
    with promotional offers

We strongly encourage prospective Subscribers to take full advantage of the free trial period before committing to a paid plan.

3. General Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access through the paid billing cycle
  • No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused days

Annual Subscriptions

Subscribers on annual plans who cancel mid-year are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused complete months.


Refund Amount = (Remaining Full Months ÷ 12) × Annual Fee Paid

Partial months are not refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within
ten (10) business days.

4. Exceptions

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under limited circumstances.

Duplicate Charges

If duplicate charges occur due to technical issues, duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact support immediately for investigation and possible refund.

Extended Platform Unavailability

In cases of significant platform downtime, Case Closed Pro LLC may issue prorated credits at its discretion.

Billing Errors

Incorrect charges caused by billing errors will be corrected and refunded.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are discounted compared to monthly billing and include approximately one month free.

Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the discounted annual fee paid, not the higher monthly pricing equivalent.

Subscribers are encouraged to complete the free trial before purchasing an annual plan.

6. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise (Tier 3) subscriptions are governed by separate written agreements.

If no separate agreement exists, this Refund Policy applies.

7. How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund or credit, contact our support team within thirty (30) days of the charge in question.

Please include:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

8. Modifications to This Policy

Case Closed Pro LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

This Refund Policy should be read alongside the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy governing use of the platform.

In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall control.
